SHIPPING 

Your order will have a tracking number. Please allow 24hrs before receiving an email with a confirmation order. Orders placed on a business day, they will be shipped by 4pm the following day. Orders placed on a Friday or weekend, they will be dispatched on the following Monday by 4pm AEST. Once your item has been distributed to Australia Post it becomes their responsibility and often shipping times can vary.

RAVA SWIM is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods. We can not re-direct orders once they have been dispatched so please make sure all details are correct before confirming your order. 

We can not leave parcels unattended. If no one is home while your item is being delivered, the courier should leave a “sorry we missed you” slip (Speaking for Australia). The item should be delivered to your nearest post office for your collection. 

Standard shipping with tracking (generally 3-7 business days): Flat rate of $10

Standard shipping with tracking + signature (generally 3-7 business days): Flat rate of $12

Express Shipping (1-2 days, during sale periods there might be a slight delay in shipping): Flat rate of $15

International (generally 7-21 business days): Flat rate of $30

Customs & Duties: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, once it reaches your country. RAVA SWIM is not liable for these charges and are not refundable. Please contact your local customs office to find out more information about Duties & Taxes in your country and if you will be affected or not. 

RETURNS

We want you to love your RAVA SWIM, if you are not truly happy with the sizing, we will exchange your swimwear for another size or style. You do need to contact us within (seven) 7 days of receipt of purchase. The bikini needs to be in its original condition with all tags attached, sanitary stickers in place, hasn’t been worn or washed. Please do not remove the hygiene liner and only try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons. We will assess the condition of the bikini once returned before processing an exchange/credit. Please send your swimwear via registered post using a tracking number as we are not responsible for returned items which have gone missing or misdirected.

All postage and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there has been a mistake coming from our end. 

Please note: We do not offer refunds unless the swimwear is faulty. We will assess it and if we are unable to exchange your faulty item, we will issue a store credit to the value of the purchase.  

While RAVA SWIM’s garments are made to last, we are not responsible for wear and tear. Or if you don’t follow our care instructions. 

Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty and cannot be replaced. If you have damaged the item, no refund/exchange will be issued. 

All sale items are final. No exchanges or credits will be applied on these items.  

. To exchange your swimwear, please place the swimwear in it’s original bag we sent you with your order. Unworn, unwashed, with original packaging 

. Email us at info@ravaswim.com with your full name, delivery address, phone number, order #number and the name of the items you wish to return.

. You will receive an email with a form to include in your returning parcel. Ship your parcel back to the address provided on the form. We recommend you send your parcel back via Registered Post at your own cost, as we are not liable for returns lost in transit

RAVA SWIM will not accept any items returned damaged in any way or worn. We will assess the conditions once returned.

. Once we received your parcel, we will assess its condition. If everything is in order, we will email you a store credit which can be used storewide.
